Pricing Plans

For family law, I bill at $350 and hour with a starting retainer of $5k. Payment plans and reduced retainers for simple matters are available.

For Estate planning, simple estates, including wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives are a flat fee of $1500, cases requiring tax advising are $2500, and for $3500 get comprehensive financial planning as well as lifetime changes and updates on documents.
