Meredith V. Clark

Meredith Clark is an experienced Texas attorney with more than a decade of legal experience, focusing on estate planning, family law, and the protection of families and their assets. Meredith has built her practice around providing practical, personalized legal guidance to individuals and families navigating some of life’s most important transitions.

In her estate-planning practice, Meredith works with clients to develop comprehensive plans designed to protect assets, provide for loved ones, preserve family wealth, and help avoid unnecessary probate and legal complications. Her experience includes the preparation of Wills, Revocable Living Trusts and Family Trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, and related documents, as well as assisting clients with the transfer and coordination of assets with their estate plans.

Meredith understands that effective estate planning is about more than preparing documents. It requires understanding a client’s family structure, real estate, business interests, financial goals, and wishes for the future—and then creating a plan that works together as a whole. She takes pride in making the estate-planning process understandable and approachable, helping clients make informed decisions about what they have worked hard to build.

Meredith earned her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where she developed the strong legal foundation that continues to inform her practice today. She is the founder of Meredith Clark Law PLLC, based in Houston, Texas.
